Unmanaged Servers are a great deal when you have enough experience to handle and manage a server yourself. All aspects of the server configuration and maintenance are up to you, we only provide the server and any software you may buy/rent together with the server. You only need to contact us when there are problems with the hardware or network issues - wich are very rare. We seldom hear from unmanaged server clients.

Reflex Networks Servers come with full root access, bandwidth monitoring and graphing, ticket support and emergency phone support. Setup is within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment, usually less than 24 hours.
Servers are located in our own racks at the Net Access datacenter in New Jersey, USA or our own racks at the Pacific Rack datacenter in California, USA.
